Jumper.ai works closely with brands to deliver unique conversational commerce experiences.
Singapore, October 19, 2020: Jumper, the world’s first end-to-end conversational commerce and shopper engagement platform, announced today that it will integrate Messenger API support for Instagram. This will help brands provide a more convenient and personalized shopper experience on Instagram along with Facebook.
With Jumper.ai’s support for the Messenger API, brands will be able to deploy live human agents to guide potential shoppers and assist existing customers via Instagram and Facebook. They will also be able to manage conversations based on context, entry points, and customer needs.
Yash Kotak, CEO, Jumper.ai shares, “Social shopping has arrived in a big way. The Messenger API support for Instagram for brand-to-consumer conversations will help bring online shopping convenience to users of the two social channels and will make brands’ presence and investment into these channels more profitable.”
The new platform will allow brands to receive product-specific shopper queries on Instagram messages, share products to chat from Instagram Shops, start a private conversation with commenters on brand’s Instagram posts, and receive message notifications when a consumer mentions the brand in their Instagram story.
“We are thrilled that Jumper.ai is integrating the newly updated Messenger API, which now supports Instagram messaging. Businesses and people are messaging with each other more than ever, and Instagram is an important channel to connect with customers and build relationships, said Konstantinos Papamiltiadis, VP of Platform Partnerships at Messenger. “Messenger API support for Instagram means businesses and developers can now manage their customer communications on Instagram at scale.”
