Let’s be honest.
We’d all like to do less and earn more. Sit back and focus on making money rather than doing all that time-consuming admin work (which is also suuuupeerrr boring).
If we could have one central command station to run all our campaigns through it would save a ton of time right?
No need to switch between Facebook, Instagram, your website, Youtube, and whatever other platforms just to make sure formatting is right when you copy and paste over your sales message.
No time wasted figuring out complex workarounds to the holes that are apparent in other services like Shopify.
It’s the exact reason we started jumper. We wanted to make it easier for you to sell across numerous platforms.
But, how can we help you continually grow after we’ve already integrated with the biggest social networking sites to create automated checkout bots?
This is the question that keeps us up at night.
To ensure our team gets the sleep they need we’re always looking into improvements that can be made.
Below you’ll find a succinct list of the new features and improvements to jumper that will be releasing in the next couple of weeks.
Food and Beverage Enhancements
Last week I ordered 3 takeout deliveries (don’t judge) and it made us think that even something as physical as going out for a meal has become digitized.
Before I even thought of checking what was in my fridge, I loaded an app on my phone where I browsed menus, made an order, and received delivery notifications.
Super simple way to get dinner, right?
A full recounting of my delivery through the Deliveroo app (I tipped in cash!)
Problem is, these features are often restricted to expensive custom apps. But what if they didn’t have to be?
jumper to the rescue!
We’ve enhanced our food and beverage service to ensure that you can collect user’s cell phone number and address to make delivery to them even simpler.
Not only that, but we’ve added in the ability to add new outlets, change the language, and pass details through Zapier so you’ve even more ways to integrate with jumper!
Big News in Ecommerce
If I had to shorten the above subhead, I’d go with BigCommerce.
Which is funny, because that’s exactly who this section’s about.
Last week we finalized the integration with BigCommerce and will soon be showing up in their app store.
That means if you’re already a BigCommerce user you can seamlessly add jumper to your store and sync your products to all the social networks we sell through for increased sales.
If you’re thinking about starting an ecommerce store, then you could supercharge your first product offerings thanks to this neat little partnership.
Watch Me Sell!
Do you know what the seconds largest search engine in the world is?
No?
Here’s a clue. It has 1.5 billion logged in users every month.
Still not got it?
Those users watch 1 billion hours of footage every single day.
I’ve given it away with the watching stat haven’t I? I am of course talking about Youtube.
How cool would it be if you could leverage those huge view and usage numbers? People are already going there to check out reviews of your products and see how best to use them. Imagine if you could add an automated checkout to the video that demos your products.
Well, now you can.
We’ve polished our #hashtag comment functionality on Youtube so replies to them now kick off the Messenger bot. Not only that, but you can also select which specific videos you want your #hashtags to show on.
Streamlining Facebook Even Further
We’ve already made it super simple to sell through Facebook, but we asked ourselves how we could make it even easier.
After a couple of changes we’ve now enabled the ability to link multiple Facebook pages through a single jumper account, or to connect the same Facebook account to multiple stores.
What does that mean though?
Well, now you can collect and collate products from various places and share them through multiple Facebook pages for even better sales.
You can basically massively increase the number of places and products you can sell.
Pretty cool, right?
Just head to your jumper dashboard to link those other accounts in the next week or so.
Crossing the Line
We already integrate with Line which, if you’re not aware, allows for free messages across all major smartphone providers and OSs.
We’ve now rolled out our web view and receipt templates to line which will make managing any order, be it for product or restaurants more efficient than before.
Oh, and we’re also introducing the quick reply function to Line so you’ve got even more ways to converse with your customers!
Easier Posting of Products
Selling products through social is one thing, getting them to your customers is another.
Fulfillment and tracking of packages is no easy feat, especially when you’re managing the hundreds of daily sales jumper is making for you 😉
Fortunately, jumper now integrates with EasyPost.
What’s the big deal?
Nothing much, just that EasyPost syncs with over 100 delivery companies, helps with tracking and insurance, validates addresses across the globe, and helps with customs.
It’s pretty much the final word in shipping and logistics.
That’s the new features we’re just finalizing and should be available to you in the next 2 weeks.
If you’re not yet a jumper user, then what are you waiting for? Sign up now to take advantage of these new developments and the dozens of other awesome features that help you sell more through social!
Oh, and keep your eyes peeled and on the blog in the next few weeks cause we’ve got a couple of other MAJOR announcements coming your way.
